The house itself was great but unfortunately, there were too many things missing for me to give it a higher rating. First and foremost, they never sent me the information on how to get into the house. We were told we could not enter before 5 PM and it was after 6 o’clock and MANY phone calls and texts sent that we finally were sent the information. Additionally, do not expect any sort of basic house supplies. There is no shampoo, soap, dishwasher pods, or laundry detergent. Eventually, we were able to find three laundry pods as well as three dish tabs however they were right inside the garage door and not under the kitchen sink or in the laundry room as one would expect. There was less than 8 bath towels throughout the entire house and we had to do laundry several times. For a house that is supposed to hold 12 people, this was extremely disappointing as well as a hassle to have to do laundry every day. Finally we paid extra to have the pool heated and it was not. When the pool keeper came by on the second day, we were told it would warm up which it never did. He acknowledged it should have been much warmer. I’ve rented homes countless times and unfortunately, this is not one I would recommend. For 1million house they could add some of the basics that would make it a five star. Better communication as well as delivering on what you pay extra for, would be a big step in the right direction.
