Welcome to our treasure, a spacious L-Shaped ranch style home with abundant outdoor spaces, a huge covered lanai and a beautiful sparkling heated saltwater swimming pool and 6-person hot tub. This home features ceramic tile and wood floors throughout the living areas, vaulted ceiling in the family room with built-in TV console and bar area, formal dining room and living room with two huge pocket slider doors that lead to the spacious private pool area. There is plenty of parking on the large paver driveway plus a circular front driveway and a two car garage. Hidden in the beachy town of Bonita Springs in Southwest Florida's best-kept secret that is a fantastic location close to shopping, dining and just 3 miles to the white sand beaches and Gulf of Mexico. This marvelous house offers 3 cozy bedrooms - the primary has a king bed, one bedroom has a queen bed, and one with two twin beds. The primary bath features a jetted bathtub and large walk-in shower for ultimate relaxation. The primary bedroom also has a walk-out slider door directly to the lanai area and the 6-person hot tub. The second full bath offers a large walk-in shower and a door that walks out directly to the pool area. A bonus living room with a sofa bed provides extra space for guests to sleep. The kitchen has a large slider window connected to an outdoor bar area. This beautiful retreat is the perfect home base for your trip to Bonita Springs with plenty of room for entertaining.
