The service and facilities for children is excellent, we were made very welcome by all staff who couldn't do enough for us to ensure our stay was perfect.
I only dropped a mark for around the property where parking fees recently increased 50% for overnight parking considering the hotel has a captive customer unable to find alternative parking.
As there were lots of children in the hotel that day, we were upgraded to a superior room on the next floor. Very thoughtful.
Lovely to have a swim too.
If I could make 1 comment there just needs to be a light similar to inside the wardrobe by the coffee making facility. Its a very dark area.

Perfect hotel if you are visiting Peppa Pig World! The attention to detail and everything for kids is brilliant; everything from the playroom, the voucher for a milk and cookie and plastic cutlery and plates for breakfast. Can’t fault this hotel at all, we loved our stay and will definitely be back.
Emma was professional and helpful during check in.
However, there was a disturbance in the room above my room which work my 4 years old daughter up and we were unable to fall asleep.
Good stay, rooms have been refurbished recently and are looking well for a face lift. Service on reception and at the bar lovely and friendly as always. Slight personal gripe in that I hate twin beds zipped together being classed as a double - I understand from business perspective but spend all night either in the dip or freezing as the duvet isn't big enough to cover both!
Hotel is lovely and very clean, We were impressed with our room and the bed was comfortable, Be careful if your shower is in the bath as can be a little slippery! Food was great but a little expensive, So wasn't surprised when people were bringing in takeaways, My only negative is its very noisy down stairs even in the queit area its noisy, All most as if the hotel's bar/restaurant area isn't big enough to accommodate too many guests to just sit and have a chat before or after a meal, So if you want a hotel where you can enjoy a quiet drink and a chat this isn't the hotel for you, Staff were excellent, Exterior of hotel was great too and plenty of parking.
