Thanks for a most excellent stay! The apartment is very centrally located and comfortable. While we've stayed at a lot of good rentals before, what really made this stand out was Ferdinand's attention to detail, helpfulness, highly polite/professional communication, and prompt attention to ensuring that his guests have a good experience. He was there to receive us at the parking garage at a time of our choosing, walked us to the apartment, provided a lot of helpful tips that only a local could know, and had everything well laid out and organized. He's a superstar host! The apartment did not have a fan or AC, and we were rather uncomfortable the first night with high temperatures. We had informed Ferdinand earlier in the evening about this, and he arranged for a portable AC unit to be professionally installed the very next morning! Very highly recommended!

Wir waren hier zu zweit für fünf Tage und grundsätzlich zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral in Bozens Altstadt. Da sie nach hinten in den Innenhof geht, ist es recht ruhig. Allerdings sind die Fenster nicht schallisoliert und das Haus ist hellhörig. Geräusche der Nachbarn hört man, und die Bauarbeiten im Haus während unseres Aufenthalts waren sehr laut zu hören. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm, wir durften vor dem Checkin schon in die Wohnung und am Abreisetag länger bleiben. Mit dem Buchen der Wohnung gibt es die Bozen Card kostenlos dazu. Wir haben fast 150 Euro mit Bussen, Zügen und Bergbahnen gespart. Schlafzimmer und Bad sind super, bequemes Bett, Bad mit Waschmaschine, Dusche, Ablagefläche. Es gibt Bücher, Spiele und Infoflyer zur Umgebung in der Wohnung. Die Küche ist recht sparsam ausgestattet, uns fehlte es an Buttermessern, einem Brotmesser und kleinen Obstmessern, Salatschälchen und Schüsseln. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr karg eingerichtet, wirkt nicht gemütlich. Unterm Strich eine durchschnittliche Wohnung mit Top-Lage, super Kommunikation und Bozen Card.

Schöne Fewo im Herzen der Altstadt

Die Fewo liegt im Herzen der Altstadt und sobald man die Haustür verlassen hat, befindet man sich in der Fußgängerzone. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und entspricht der Annonce. Zur Wohnung ist noch zu sagen, dass sie sich in einem sogenannten Laubenhaus befindet. Es ist die mittlere Wohnung und dadurch sehr, sehr ruhig. Man hört nichts von der Straße. Das ist sehr angenehm allerdings gibt es dadurch nur einen Blick auf den engen Hinterhof. Der Eigentümer ist sehr hilfsbereit, nett und immer ansprechbar.
