The beach is just 180 meters away. The cozy apartment has a nice living / dining area with sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player, music system, Wi-Fi access, dining table. The open kitchen is integrated in the living area and equipped with stove, oven, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster u. V. M. Two separate bedrooms 1x double bed, wardrobe, TV and 1x bunk beds allow relaxed nights. Brightly tiled is the bathroom with free washing machine is available. Könnte etwas sauberer sein. Mit 4 Personen etwas eng. Im Ki-Zi kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Keine Klemmlampen am Etagenbett. Im Wo-zi auch kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Küche ist mit fast allem ausgestattet. Wir würden trotz alledem mit 2 Personen dort wieder wohnen wollen.

Top Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr schön und ruhig. Die Wohnung war gut/ normal ausgestattet. Nur das Badezimmer könnte eine Generalüberholung gebrauchen. Das Waschbecken, Toilette und die Duschkabine müssten dringend ausgewechselt werden. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Wir würden die Wohnung trotz der Mängel empfehlen. Zur Strandpromenade ist man innerhalb von ein paar Minuten gewesen. Der Edeka war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Nach Aldi, Markant musste man mit dem Auto fahren ( 5-10 Minuten entfernt) Boltenhagen ist ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort☺️ Und hat es sehr gefallen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Insgesamt schöne Ferienwohnung, aber mittlerweile schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Küchenausstattung hätte etwas umfangreicher sein können, aber wir haben uns auch so mit dem verfügbaren helfen können. Schöner Ausblick auf eine große Pferdekoppel. Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußläufig erreichbar. Auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit (ca. 10 Minuten). Ins Ortszentrum von Boltenhagen und zur Seebrücke läuft man etwa 15 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, finden aber, dass das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz stimmt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne und zweckmäßige Ferienwohnug. Sehr gut war die Box im nebenstehenden Gebäude für unsere EBikes mit Lademöglichkeit. Die Lage war sehr gut; 300 m zu EDEKA, kurze Strecke zur Strandpromenade. Beschaulicher Ort mit toller Strandpromenade
