Die Lage ist super, nicht weit in die Stadt, zum Einkaufen oder an den (Hunde-)Strand, dabei sehr ruhig. Schöne Anlage mit großem Gemeinschaftsgarten. Die Wohnung könnte etwas sauberer und besser in Schuss sein. Insgesamt waren wir trotzdem sehr zufrieden.
