Spacious and cozy apartment in the historic center of Bologna.



The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator, in a very convenient location to the main attractions of the city. The entrance opens onto the living area, consisting of a dining room, a living room with double sofa bed and TV, and a classically styled kitchen equipped with all amenities including dishwasher, oven and kettle. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both equipped with queen-size beds.

A bathroom with shower completes the layout.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna, known as the "Dotta" because it is the seat of the oldest university in the West, the "Grassa" for its excellent food and wine and the "Rossa" color that characterizes the historic center, is a wonderful city of art, culture, and commerce. Its soul lies in its medieval historical center, which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops, and theatres, characterized by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historical center is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of the medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli, and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries, and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs, and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise all year round.



The central train station is 850 m away, while the airport can be reached by car in 20 minutes.
