Very good

Great location, clean and comfortable. Close to everything, but really felt like we were in a neighborhood where people live and go to school, which made it feel special. The key situation was a little cumbersome since our cell service was spotty and after being out all day we were frequently worried our phones would die before we got back to the property to open the door. It was hard to get a taxi from the neighborhood to the airport at 4 a.m. when we had to leave--not sure if this was because it was a limited traffic area or if it's just hard to get a cab at 4 a.m. in Bologna, but the proximity to the train station was close enough that we were able to walk there quickly and safely with 2 groggy tweens.
