Retreat in the old town, Base for the Matese

Welcome to La chiave del gufo - Bojano is in the ancient center of Bojano, on 3 levels, on the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed with a bunk bed and the second bedroom with a large single bed, with access to the verandina, from which you can admire the view overlooking Bojano, the living room has a sofa bed and wood stove for a warm holiday, accompanied by 2 bathrooms at your disposal.

A few minutes by car you will have the opportunity to reach Campitello Matese.

This is the family home for our holidays in Molise, it was designed and furnished by my family to spend the holidays in the cool summers and the winters to go skiing in Campitello Matese.

Arranged on 3 levels:

floor 0: main entrance, living room and kitchen

floor 1: bedrooms and bathroom

Floor -1: second entrance with bathroom

The house is located in a pedestrian street in the ancient center of Bojano.

Guest access:

You will have the entire house available.

Other things to note:

I provide only bedsheets.

Portable baby box / travel cot €25 (on request based on availability)

Provide an identity document/Passport.

✅ A security deposit of €50 is required and will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, subject to an accommodation inspection.

Animals: Only dogs (no cats) over 1 year and a maximum size of 25 kg are allowed on request (on demand and at extra charge).

For stays longer than 7 days, a mandatory weekly cleaning fee of €60 per service will apply.

If you book for a person, don't assume that a friend can stay with you. The Italian laws are very strict in terms of hospitality, it is of fundamental importance to declare in the police station the details of all those who stay at home. For this reason, you will be asked for a copy of the IDENTITY DOCUMENT

So that your stay can be peaceful and pleasant, we ask you to respect some simple rules:

- Communicate at least 1 day before arrival, the check-in time otherwise the scheduled check-in will not be guaranteed, and the guest will adapt to the availability of the host.

- Complaints are not accepted, and no refunds are made after the entire booked period has been booked
