I paid for a suite and the hotel is for dogs. When booking the suite it should have said no dogs on the listing.we got bumped down to a regal room, no view, no suite same price. No refund. Tv kept loosing signal. Tub filled each time we took a shower. It did have a good breakfast and nice grounds.

The Front desk staff are welcoming and so helpful with providing information on all the perks the hotel has to offer. Love this as a family friendly stay with convenience of green belt and different scene just steps away or staying right there with everything needed readily available.

This is the third time my husband and I have stayed in this hotel, each time is better than the last. We decided to get the king room with the jacuzzi tub, and when we checked in we were upgraded to one of the best rooms on the property! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay with a ticket for a free drink, $15 in room credits and the upgraded with a view room. Happy first anniversary to us with many many more to come.
