This was the most run down hotel I've ever stayed in. Wallpaper falling off the walls, stains all over the walls (one looked like blood), furniture, ceiling. I didn't dare walk around without socks on. I didn't dare touch the chair (looked like it had been peed on multiple times with how many stains there were) or bedspread. There were hairs in the sheets and what looked like a crusty booger plus a yellow stain. The shower looked gross and I opted to wait until I got home to shower instead of using it. Bed was a pile of rocks and was extremely loud to just move in so we got to hear our neighbors having sex 2 times, neighbors dog barked for 3hrs straight. Holes in the wall in multiple places where pictures used to be. Just the worst condition I've ever seen in a hotel. Tv didn't work so the front desk had to come back 3 times to get it to work. Front desk was nice but very strange off-ish. I haven't stayed in a hotel in years so I guess $100/night buys you a dive in this economy.

Check in was easy but didnt go straight to the room. After exploring the area and eating dinner we headed back and found mouse poop all over both beds. Told what I assume was the owner about the issue. The maintenance guy took me to the new room where upon opening the door I saw a mouse run from one side of the room to underneath the bed. After that they put us on the 2nd floor where it was somewhat clean and atleast mouse free. Wouldn't really recommend, the only nice thing about the location was the maintenance guy who got us a new room.

Run dont walk away

It was terrible the floor in my room was covered in stains the heating unit was filthy the sink took ages to drain the microwave door was melted the back of the remote kept falling off . I was afraid to walk around my room without shoes it was that disgusting . And the door lock was missing the entire front and the lights over the mirror didnt work . Pay the extra money stay anywhere else this place was just gross

very clean. overall a good stay. couldn't get hot water out of sink, but worked in shower great. mattresses are very aged and could use replacement. continental breakfast was pretty meager; waffle machine, cereal, coffee, juice, and some store bought mini-muffins

Staff is great. However the hotel is very very ran down. Missing flooring. Bathroom was a wreck holes in the door, also door wouldn’t latch shut. The mini fridge also doesn’t stay closed. The room was clean tho and the bedding was clean. The kids had a good time. Random people staying in the parking lot.

This place is pretty much a dive. The floor in the room was dirty,,, the toilet ran constantly, the handle on the sink and the bathtub was broken, the coffeepot didn't work, the door was loose, the bed was creaky, the breakfast was disgusting, Just plain gnarly. I had two room rented and similar issues in both rooms. Luckily we just stopped in for a few hours of sleep.

Smelled like smoke even though it was nonsmoking. The carpet was really dirty the floor had trash on it. The ligjts over the sink did not work. The siding was coming off outside hitting the wall when the wind blew. The bed was really bad. The pictures on the internet were fro about 20years ago horrible place to stay

The room floor was filthy. Big stains all over the floor Fist Holes on both sides of the bathroom door. Curtains were tore. Bought tarps to place on the floor so we could take off our shoes. Stayed in Rodeway years ago and it was great. We will not stay there again.

I didn't even stay they charged me anyway and refused a refund, it was gross and filthy, stained sheets and hair in between sheets. then they offered a different room and it had exact same issues.

First off, in the room we originally booked to stay in, the shower did not work,the room smelled horrible, the tv was not working, and rhere was reminnanra of the old carpet laying in the cornwrs of the room. We got switched to a other room bur as soon as i opened the mini drisge, the entire room was dilled wirh the smell of rotting meat. I approached the frond deat attendent about it, he didi not offer to evwn get it cleaned or any other compinsation. Instead,he gave me a rag and cleaning supplies to clean it myself. After cleaning the disgusting fridge, i went to take a shower but, as soon as i turned rhe ha dle for water, it fell off into the tub. I took it to the front desk. The employee only gave me a tool to fix it myself. ... we were not compensated at all. Not offering to fix any of the issues in thw previous room or in the room he had us switched to. I will NEVER book a room or stay there or ANY of thier hotels again. Worse expeirence ive wver had in a hotel.

Very run down. Non smoking room was on the 3rd floor which stunk like cigarettes. Didn’t feel like a safe place. Bed was uneven, higher at the feet and lower at the head. But was comfortable. Sheets looked dirty. Bathroom handle missing. Curtains ripped and one curtain fell. Couldn’t wait to check out! Mostly expected the conditions due to price. No bed bugs at least!
