We walked in and we think the mini fridge stopped working . There was water all over the floor got two hand towels to assist in cleaning. We used some of the towels in room to clean. Bed hard

Great stay for travelers.

This was a pleasant stay. The host was understanding and pleasant to chat with. While it is an older hotel it was quite comfortable for all my needs. I recommend this highly for most travelers.

I stayed twice during a trip to boise/ yellowstone. First stay was 1 night 2nd stay was 3. First stay my room smelled like bleach and the 2nd stayed we had a arrived at 3am to someone else checked into my room despite me calling twice to confirm that the late check out. Thankfully they had one room left that i was put in. The following day my room key stopped working.

It’s a perfectly ok hotel, cleans and quiet and reasonably priced, and convenient to the interstate and airport. The only gripe is no blankets on the bed, just sheets and a thin bedspread.

I was assured that airport transport would be available when flight arrived at almost midnight. Upon check in, the front counter agent was drunk which led to being given the wrong room number.

This was a last minute hotel stay since we had to take a break on our long road trip. I was not sure how the hotel would be but to my surprise it was quite good. Although it is a old property, it was clean and well maintained. I was traveling with my family, with 2 kids, and we reached very late at night for check-in. The hotel did not have the type of room we have booked. But the person at the desk was very understanding and apologetic and immediately made arrangements by providing us 2 rooms. It was as safe and quite place, even though it was very close to the airport.
