During a 17 day stay, we could not get staff to clean the bathroom, empty trash, or change linens even once. Ice machines did not work. It took 30 minutes to correct an accounting error. Carpet in the hallways ate tripping hazards as they are bubbled, torn, duck taped and in extremely poor condition. Fire department had to rescue people trapped in the elevator and the elevator did not go to the third floor.

The room was really dirty and the furniture was torn and really dirty microwave didnt work carpets were ripped and tapped with tape walls were written and sinl was busted Was not impressed at all

The property was dirty, the hallway carpets were held together with miles of duct tape, our room did not have a night latch, the room across the hall from us. The doors have been kicked in and was taped shut, there were no beds, do not recommend.

Good value but needs some maintenance

For the money, it was a good value overall. Somewhere online it indicated there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They do not have a shuttle. It was a really nice hotel 30 or so years ago but it's age and deferred building maintenance is noticeable. The card swipe didn't initially work so we got different room. The elevator was also not working once we got up to our level. We had to use the stairs to go back down. They only left one caffine coffee K cup and one decaf in the room. The bed was clean and comfortable and the hot water and shower was great and plentiful.

Expensive for a rundown hotel with no complementary breakfast. Pool is closed “temporarily” and the hot tub has be closed “temporarily” for so long the sign telling you it’s closed has just about completely faded away and there is 6 inches of dry dirt at the bottom of the hot tub. The beds were cleaner than your average 2 star motel and the staff was friendly than average hotel anywhere but everything else about this stay was worse than most 2 star motels we’ve stay in, and we have stayed in a lot of rough places. Wouldn’t spend more than $70 to ever stay here again.

The room was extremely dirty and it looked like someone had vomited on the side of the bed. I went to the front desk to ask for a new room and got a new room assigned that was only slightly less dirty. I couldn't get myself to stay there - and would never take my shoes off let alone sleep in a room that dirty. Yuck. Several of the rooms in the wing we were in looked like they'd been broken into. The front desk told me that it was because there had been a fire a couple of months ago and that the hotel didn't have the means to fix it. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful overall. I ended up leaving and asking for a refund.

Great location for your money

Very nice lobby. Fast desk check-in and helpful with info. I go on-foot, so being walking distance to downtown and the Greenbelt is a must. Great stay, so thank you, Red Lion!

Room was nasty it smelt so bad are clothes smell like it today leaving. Shower was dirty the ceiling is caving in. Hotel is under construction. Furniture in room was dirty and badly stained night stands was sticky. We walked in to dog poop on the floor. Parking was absolutely horrible. Vomit all over the parking lot cigarette butts covered the property. Worst experience stay and I am sick to my stomach with the smell.
