Sink leaked so bad we had to put the trash can under it when we wanted to wash our face or hands , there were stains all over the floor and the room was supposedly a non smoking but reeked of smoke

We were very happy with the room. The bed was comfortable. What I didn’t care for was the breakfast. We got to the breakfast room around 7:30. There were 2 muffins, a couple a pieces of bread and one English muffin. The breakfast person was filling up the scramble eggs but there was plenty!

It worked for e night on our road trip.

Evening front desk staff accommodated us, very much appreciated. Breakfast was good and attendant good. Needs carpet updated and hallways a deep clean( spiderwebs in windows sills and corners) It worked for one night in our road trip.

Old and tired

The carpets were stained everywhere. The hallways, the room. Very outdated. But it seemed clean otherwise. Beds were comfortable. Our roomed smelled like mildew. We booked there because it was summer and we could not find another hotel with an outdoor pool. The pool was clean and the temperature was great but there were only 2 loungers the rest were upright. It needs more loungers. Also, it’s sandwich between the parking lot and the freeway. Some nice big potted plants or trees, even if they were fake would help so much! Based on this experience I probably wouldn’t stay again.

There's a restaurant across the parking lot called KJs, good sized portions. The pool was located across the backside of the parking where semi trucks park, and were running. There was limited lighting to walk to the pool, the pool looked great but I did not feel comfortable using it solo because of all the truckers standing outside their rigs smoking!

Sister weekend , great location

I have never been at a hotel where the employees were so unfriendly. Check in is at 3:00. Made to wait in the parking lot till that time, not 2:45 … 3:00. Unaccommodating to local businesses within walking distance. The included breakfast was old or burnt? Also, you are in a small room with an overly observant employee. Maybe making sure you don’t take a biscuit to your room? Housekeeping was a little rude also.. I’m usually an understanding person, but this was hard to understand. The beds were very comfortable.. the cold coffee at 5:30 wasn’t

The breakfast unfortunately wasn’t super great. Even for continental we don’t expect much but they didn’t have coffee or peanut butter. The room was ok but you could tell it wasn’t kept in super great condition. The nightstand had a piece of the edging missing and the door to the bathroom wasn’t in the best shape and was a pocket door that was hard to pull.

Getting in and out of the parking lot is a pain, you can basically only turn right. The hotel itself is just ok. The hotel is very dated, the bathroom is tiny with a pocket door and the shower was awkward. The landscape is not maintained, there was trash, cigarette butt and dog poop near the entrance. Staff was pleasant.
