Staff tried, kinda, but policy is unfriendly to trans people. Expedia, which I've used many times all over the country, had my chosen name in their system, my ID is still my dead name. This has never been a problem anywhere else. So I had to call Expedia and have them change the name, then go back in and staff was like, "still not changed." Call Expedia back, they had changed it. I had to have staff use my phone to talk to Expedia get a email sent to them at a Gmail account(unprofessional), then, sees everything is in order, and has Expedia go on hold because staff still has to talk to a supervisor. This was my worst check in experience of my life. Room was very clean though, so cleaning staff does a great job. Overall, this left me feeling very discriminated against.
