The bed was like laying on a piece of plywood and the bathroom the wallpaper was coming off and there was a big water stain on the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower

The staff was friendly, they cleaned the room each day and gave new towels, which was really nice, but the beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were horrible. The pool was great for the kids to play in and the hot tub I enjoyed studying in, but it definitely needed to be cleaned. Overall, the stay was nice and inexpensive in a good location.

Great comfy stay. Kids enjoyed the 24hr pool. The only thing was the AC unit was not working when I tried to push buttons to adjust or lower or turn off it was not working so I just disconnected it.

I was on a 9 day road trip and stayed at La Quinta Wyndham Boise Town Square on day 6. This hotel had the absolute worst beds. My mattress was super soft and concave in the middle. The lounge chair was so nasty looking i wouldn't even consider laying my clothes on it.

We arrived at 2:00 and were told that we could pay $25.00 to check in before 3:00. Unreal - we have stayed here many times for medical and business appointments. This has NEVER happened before and we are seasoned travelers. There was garbage left over in the can from prior guests - gross. The room was next to the elevator and had it been busier we would have heard the commotion from our door. The staff should have put us into a quieter room since it wasn't busy there. The breakfast was moderate at best, but frankly to serve bruised bananas and dented green apples should not be served. Doubt we'd come back there after such ridiculous service, if you could call it that.
