I left my 150$ pillow in the room. Called a couple hours later to let them know and for a couple days they said they couldn’t find it. When they realized I wasn’t going to let it go, they miraculously found it. Picked it up last night and it’s not the same pillow. Someone swapped out my tempurpedic pillow and silk pillow case with a nasty dupe and filthy polyester cover. Beyond disappointed. Will never stay at this or any other Hyatt.

Put us in a room , that was obviously being used. So they switch our rooms. But honestly , no better. The beds were obviously not changed out. Stains on top blankets . Bathroom was dirty. And had a weird smell. Used to be a good place to stay. No longer would recommend

Room service sucked! We were given a paper that said room service was everyday, but told it was every other day and changed the sheets every 4 days. Days. Did not happen. We had to literally go down and get clean towels. This happened on more than one occasion. There were several other issues also, but not going to take the time to list them all. Would not stay here again.
