The room was great and the staff was kind. The pet deposit was off putting though. Our total cost for the room, texes, etc, was just over $100. The pet deposit, however, was $150 for 1 dog for 1 night. That seems to be a crummy policy when a dog has to pay more than the humans that brought her there.

Bed and pillows were full of hairs from not being replaced with clean sheets. Also, one of the pillows had a full on footprint on it. Very disgusting!! And room had a card that was supposedly cleaned by Sierra.

Room was clean, they were happy to accommodate our changing stay to add more nights and not have to move rooms. Breakfast was great. Clean pool and workout room. Staff was very friendly. If I need to stay in a hotel in Boise again, I will certainly be coming back to this place.

Have photos. Sink backed up even with plug removed, (first time use). Heating/ A?C unit not functioning properly. Went to front desk (6) times. Found out that unit was on summer mode after third trip. Had been recently coordinated with wall thermostat. Was not functioning properly. When set it would reach desired temperature and beyond and then it would auto kick the A/C on to reduce the room temperature. Causing room to be cold. We turned the unit off and went to bed. After about 5 minutes in bed, the light above the bed started flashing light lightening in the room and would not stop. Filmed and went to front desk and requested a new room.The staff never offered this option, I requested. Along with a credit of the room for that night. After being transferred to a new room, we realized that there were components missing from the refrigerator. Which at this point we may have been called out on after departure. We had to leave the room at approximately 5AM to catch a flight. I went to the from desk to drop off the key cards and get a final bill. The Gal at the desk was unable to provide due to her skill level of the computer and told me to come later after shift change. Later that day I received copy of my room costs. The room cost for the night had been removed, but I was still charged for the room associated fees. Lastly Hyatt left the total room charges and daily deposits lingering in my pending file of my credit card App for the better part of a week.
