The rooms were spotless, the bartender and lobby staff were delightful, the food was good, the provided soaps were actually nice and didn’t dry out my skin, and the 12pm default checkout time was amazing. So nice to sleep in and not have to pay or beg for a late checkout. The property was also immaculate - gym and pool were great.

We loved this hotel! Starting at check in we had the kindest staff. Pool was outside, but heated and they made sure to let us know they would uncover it right away. Within 5 minutes of being in our room, they called to let us know the pool was ready and ensure all was to our liking. The ceilings were high and spacious, rooms clean, facilities clean and such kind employees at every turn. We will be back!

There were other people in a room adjacent to ours that were playing music and loud all night long! We contacted the front desk 3 times and each time the people would be quiet for about 5 minutes, then go right back to being loud! The first time we called was about midnight, the second time was approx. 3 am and the 3rd time was about 4am. I will never stay at this location ever again!!

Room was spotless. Amenities and breakfast were great. We had nearby rooms on our floor where the people were extra loud so getting to sleep was going to be a problem. The hotel addressed the noise issue immediately which was greatly appreciated.
