Normally the staff here is super nice and willing to help. This trip was not the case. They seemed put out having to use the shuttle and I got conflicting answers on what the shuttle could be used for. Overall most everyone who was working seemed disinterested and unfriendly. We called the front desk three times and didn’t get an answer. If you have one person running a shuttle you need another to cover the desk.

Staff rang the phone in our room twice around 4AM because people in next room stated they saw water rushing out of our room. In the morning I asked why they had called and if anyone had first come up to look and see if it was true before waking someone up who is paying to sleep. Front desk replied “Well we looked at the cameras and didn’t see anything!” Then why did you wake us up twice? I don’t know people complained.” Unprofessional, lazy staff that couldn’t care less about what people expect for their money.
