It's in an OK area, in an up-and-coming area of Boise. It's all check-in service via your phone, which is fine until there's an issue. It forces you to call a phone number if you run into any issues and you speak with a customer service representative off-site (likely in a different country). So the customer service situation could be better. The room is clean but very very small.

Our room was fine. Bed was kind of hard. Nice shower. Not the greatest area and it was very noisy. Street niose, noise from other guests. And lots of shaking.....likely due to the hotel being elevated.

The room my husband stayed in was small but perfect for a solo traveler. The contactless check in and out was seamless and efficient. The shower was spacious and luxurious! The only downside was the "closet" in his room was three hangers on hooks on the wall. Had we been traveling together and needing to hang clothes, we would not have been able to easily.

CLEAN, COMFY, GREAT LOCATION

The staff here were very accommodating and super friendly. This newly renovated hotel was very comfortable and clean and had a refreshingly NEW sense of style. Great location and very safe…would definitely recommend.

The Arcadia Hotel was a good stop for one night in the Boise area. The bed was comfortable. It had very minimal amenities - no fridg or microwave. Parking was a struggle. When we arrived there were no spots left. All the rooms are on the 2nd floor, and it's self check in.

This was an excellent hotel. Loved the self checkin option. Room was nicely updated and pristine clean. There was a surprising amount of noise from the person next door. Some creaking. Seemed odd. There was minimal options for parking for a large/tallish truck. Only 2 spots that were not located under the building. We lucked out and got one even after leaving for dinner but could have been problematic with all of our gear inside for parking on the street even though it seemed like a super safe area. Never want to risk a break in. Otherwise, a fantastic place. Highly recommend.

Modern and cute. Bed was comfy and the design is thoughtful. No microwave in the room we stayed in- so we couldn’t eat leftovers or anything (not a make or break, but when traveling it’s nice to have one in case.) The room door had a crack wide enough to let in a lot of bugs, so that was disappointing. Good stay overall, minus the flying stowaways!

It’s located by breweries and wineries in walking distance. Very convenient. Parking is compact it is difficult with a truck. It is located on the main road so you can hear the traffic.

The room was nice and comfortable. Nice decor. The bathroom could have been bigger. There was no tub and very minimal counter space. Our main concern was lack of parking spaces with some way to tight and hard to get into.
