Love the rooms here it's always a relaxing stay in town. Our room's refrigerator didn't work and we had to change rooms, the staff were friendly and accommodated our request. We did have to pay a fee for the room change. But overall a nice relaxing stay

It was a unique experience, some rooms were much nicer than the Sultan that we were in. They could use some maintenance especially in the bathroom, chipped sink, makeshift curtain to cover under sink plumbing.. Our breakfast was scheduled to arive at 10 AM, didn't show up til 10:45, and it was cold coffee cold omlet.

Very nice place. Decor was great but small signs of wear and tear were apparent. For example: the carpet was a bit worn but it was still a very nice experience. Pillows were not high quality down like I would have expected
