Holiday house 'Karo' '- a house by the sea with country house flair!
Our house Karo is together with the neighboring house Rieke on a plot of about 1000 m² in a quiet cottage area on the edge of a landscape conservation area. Bird migration can be observed in spring and autumn, in summer the swallows stay in Boiensdorf and raise their young. Rabbits and foxes are also observed.
The cottage settlement is near the sea. The Salzhaff, a Baltic Sea bay, is only 1500 meters away. From the property you have partial lake view - the 'breath' of the sea is everywhere in the air.
"Karo" has a private terrace and a private barbecue area. We have set up a sandpit and a children's slide for our guests, a place to bolt or play badminton for the older kids is also available. Since at any time families with children visit our cottage settlement, can quickly find playmates.
The garden is planted with shrubs and flowers that attract many butterflies and bumblebees in the summertime. Selected herbs such as sage, thyme, oregano, chives are allowed to be harvested and refine the prepared food.
Our house is comfortable, comfortable, mostly furnished with real wood furniture. A subtle decoration, partly maritime shaped, partly individually made, many candles in the house and in the garden underline the homelike character of our house.

We are also happy to welcome guests at the turn of the year. In the pre-Christmas period, the houses are decorated with candles, Advent wreath and fir green. A sauna in the house 'Karo' and the electric fireplaces in both houses invite you to relax.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay at Haus Karo. The house was perfect for our family of six, and Frau Steinke is an amazing hostess who has thought of everything. I would recommend this house and location to anyone looking for a wonderful place to enjoy the Mecklenburg shoreline and area.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden was man als Familie benötigt. Im Kinderzimmer sind Spielsachen für die Kids. Im Garten gibt’s einen Sandkasten, Rutsche und ein großes Tor. Die Lage ist super, es ist nicht weit zum Badestrand mit Kiosk. Die Gegend ist ruhig und super zum entspannen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder nehmen.Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und man kann ohne Probleme Kontakt aufnehmen, wenn was sein sollte. Vielen lieben Dank Frau Steinke. Perfektes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Geräumiges und sehr sauberes Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage, perfekt gelegen um die Ostseeküste zwischen Lübeck und Rostock mit den schönen Ostseebädern zu erkunden. Die Sauna im Haus ist ein zusätzliches Highlight. Wir haben alles sehr genossen! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren das zweite Mal in Boiensdorf und wieder in einem Ferienhaus der Familie Steinke. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage, kann man gut entspannen.

Tolles Haus, gemütlich eingerichtet. Durften sogar mit 2 Hunden anreisen. Sauna war wunderbar und das Haus war sehr sauber gewesen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Das Salzhaff mit Naturbadestrand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Toller Standort in ruhiger Lage und als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge (Wismar, Rostock, Warnemünde, Schwerin). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben sechs Nächte gebucht und keine Stunde bereut. Das Haus war in einem super Zustand. Wir haben bereits Erfahrung mit Ferienwohnungen. Eine so saubere und sortierte Unterkunft hatten wir noch nicht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Wir können das Haus und die Vermieterin nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir können nur gutes zur Unterkunft erzählen. Angefangen vom Kontakt, Check in, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung etc. . Uns fehlte es an nichts! Wer Ruhe mag, ist hier genau richtig.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Super sauber, tolles Grundstück. Für Kinder ideal, da es ein eigenes Kinderzimmer gibt mit viel Lego, Büchern und Gesellschaftsspielen, die bei schlechtem Wetter genauso locken, wie die eigene Sauna. Das Haus liegt in Boiensdorf ca. 1,5km vom Salzhaff entfernt, welche aber in kurzer Zeit abgelaufen sind, in einer ruhigen und kleinen Einfamilienhaussiedlung. Wer direkt ans Meer möchte, muss sich ins Auto setzen und fährt in ca. 15-20min nach Rerik oder auf die Insel Poel. Brötchen haben wir immer in Neubukow geholt, ca. 15min Fahrzeit mit dem Auto. Wer im Urlaub kein Problem damit hat, das Auto oder Fahrrad zu nutzen, um in wenigen Minuten an den Strand zu fahren, ist hier genau richtig. Haustiere sind hier auch willkommen, unserem Hund hat es auch sehr gefallen. Alles fernab vom Touristentrubel. Gerne wieder, es war wirklich sehr schön. Vielen Dank und ein gesundes, neues Jahr 2023. Sehr schöne Unterkunft in super ruhiger Lage

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und lädt genau wie du Umgebung zum Entspannen ein. Kamin und Sauna sind kleine Highlights genauso wie der super ausgestattete Abstellraum (Bollerwagen, Kindermöbel und jede Menge Kinder Spielzeug). In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Einzig der große Tisch und damit verbunden der wenige Platz in der Küche ist ein kleiner Kritikpunkt. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und ein Kind und es wurde schon sehr eng in der Küche. Außerdem hätte ich mich gefreut, wenn bei Ankunft die Betten bezogen gewesen wären, denn das nicht das erste womit ich in einen Urlaub starten möchte. Ansonsten kann ich das Haus Karo sehr empfehlen!

Super Unterkunft

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in dem Haus. Wir hatten beide Häuser (Rieke und Karo) für zwei Familien gemietet. Ganz toll ist der Garten, den wir zusammen auch gut genutzt haben. Auch die Ausstattung der Häuser ist komplett - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Ein sehr gemütliches und mit Liebe eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Im Garten gibt es eine Rutsche und einen Sandkasten für die kleinen Urlauber. Wir haben ein paar tolle Ferientage hier verbringen dürfen, eine sehr nette Vermieterin, wir kommen gerne wieder.
