This is our second time staying here friendly staff clean room hotel itself smells good when you walk in clean bathrooms. The only thing I would say is we do not have a telephone for the room. It would have been nice so we can call downstairs and get fresh towels and stuff instead of walking around until we found a housekeeper.

We had a very nice stay at the Alice. The rooms are a very good size. The location across from the beach is so nice. There were a lot of dogs - and we had brought ours. Just be aware that floor 2 has a lot of barking due to being the dog floor. Even with pets, it was a very clean all throughout the hotel. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool or the gym but both seem like nice features.

It was a very welcoming and loving environment! Everyone of the employees were a blessing to meet. Special shout out to Miss Sue!! She was an amazing person who was very caring and helpful all in one! Would stay here again just to see her! Nick was an awesome and respectful bartender who went above and beyond for his customers. The beach is right across the street, beautiful experience here!

We had stayed here before since it’s one of the more reasonably priced motels. But probably won’t stay again. The people were friendly and helpful and it’s an extremely convenient walk to the beach. But the beds were way too hard and the cleanliness left something to be desired. And now they are going to charge $10 a day to park your car? I’ll pass.

We stayed for 2 nights. The air conditioner was loud, could not turn off the fan and the room smelled musty. The floor was not very clean when we walked withh our socks they bottom was black. The front desk did not have somebody there at all times.

Overall it was a great visit. Location was perfect for the beach. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. We could’ve used a second garbage can by the bathroom but that was really my only complaint lol. Make sure to ask for housekeeping in advance if you need a room clean up. They need notice but thankfully the front desk can supply you with towels if you need them.

AC off on arrival and later found to be broke

This was a quick last minute stay for work instead of driving 2 hours home and back the next day. I booked the room last minutes and did not arrive till a little after 9pm. The air in the room was off so it was a muggy 75 degrees. Annoying but I turned it on making sure it was on cool, took a cold shower and went to sleep (15 hour workday). I woke up around 1:00am sweating and the air at 76. Apparently it was just blowing the air around and no cooling was occurring. Since I was leaving at 4am there was little point in trying to change rooms at that hour.
