Staff was Amazing. Always there to offer directions or suggestions. Last minute my SIM card ran out and he directed me straight to the store that sells them. Got me back online. There is an amazing coffee shop around the corner and a convenience store a short walk away. My room was situated downstairs which is where the courtyard is so you can sit outside but still have privacy. The room was a kitchenette with everything available and with a grocery store nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Loud, Not Peaceful

Stayed at this property before in 2021 and did not have any complaints then. This time I decided to get a bigger room. The room ended on being on the street level right next to a street with lots of movement and noice. You feel like you are right on the street. You cannot rest of feel relaxed. I asked to be moved to a room not facing the street on a higher level but they said they did not have anything available. They offered a fan so I could close the windows but the fan was not powerful.

Unprofessional and unwelcoming guy at the front desk. When I was asked for my identification and I provided my US passport, the person handling the check-in kept looking at it like I was giving him something wrong or fake and mentioned that I should have a permanent resident card which only showed his lack of knowledge and proper training. The room assigned to me was in the basement and did not have a window (which was not disclosed on Expedia when I was doing the booking), when I requested to be moved to a room with a window, I was offered a smaller standard room with no adjustment on the fare (original room was a Luxury Studio). No elevator in the property so not suitable for travelers with large suitcases.

Great neighborhood, good location, loud neighbors

Beautiful location close to lots of great restaurants. Property itself is clean and well kept and has a really nice asthetic. Wish it were easier to figure out some of the amenities such as the terrace fire pit but it did rain some of the nights so i didn't ask. Room itself was well stocked with linens and kitchen amenities and linens were clean. Provided appliances and kitchen items aren't the best quality but they get the job done. Only issue was with the noise, nieghbors next door threw a party or had an event that went from 7pm to 2:43am with loud music that carried well up to the 4th floor and could not be ignored even with the windows and blinds closed. Don't know how often it happens but i was getting up early the next day for the tourist train at 8am and it was rough going to sleep at 3am.

Exceptional hotel with amazing views!

The view is amazing on both sides! The services are outstanding. The rooms are so clean and it has an amazing outdoor space to enjoy! Definitely will be back to that exact hotel and I have it on my favorite list. So many amazing brunch place within walking distance as well as nightlife (away from noise that it is so quiet).
