Primeiramente me colocaram em um quarto no qual a televisão não funcionava e tinha problemas no banheiro. Me avisaram que me colocariam na suite Master sem custos adicionais mas no entanto era pior do qual eu estava. Não tinha frigobar, não tinha cofre, não tinha secador de cabelos, o banheiro vazava água da pia e os quarto não tinha cortinas, apenas Blackout, enfim, um terror. Somente no último dia instalaram o que faltava menos a cortina e não solucionaram o vazamento do banheiro.
