The worst parking experience ever, the space is very limited and there was a metal almost on the door without any sign and my car got scratched. There was a guy helping me getting out with no help at all. overall good hotel but the parking area is not the best for a hotel.

The hotel is great in general, location, room space and staff, specially Julian, great employee, respectful and attentive. The breakfast was nice and just the right amount, even that it will be nice if this will get restocked quickly enough. The downside, sometimes is only one person to do everything and take time to complete all the tasks, also, it will be nice if they inspect and correct little details in the rooms, like wood damaged (expanded) due to water damage, or the stains on the bathroom walls due to the moisture from the shower. Also the water temperature is not consistent, it is either super hot or really cold, but hard to find the right temperature. Even with these details, I will stay here again, doesn't affect the enjoyment of the location and room space.

The breakfast in this hotel is very poor, it is wear in Colombia, usually the hotels in Colombia has very well breakfasts. The rest of things ae good, location, cleanness, service.

The pros -The rooms is awesome and beds are super comfortable. -Having a kitchen was great -very clean -parking -location Cons -Breakfast was terrible staff was not nice and unfriendly they acted as if it was annoying to serve us and the quality was not great. -the room is cold but not a big issue -bathroom doors are polarizad glass so you can see the person inside. Making it uncomfortable. I would stay again but not have breakfast there at all. Overall the stay was nice
