Super cute hotel. Things to keep in mind: The AC is set to a standard and cannot be adjusted. Front desk shifts change, and customer service can vary. At the moment of check in I was told I had a 10usd credit the I can use in the restaurant, the I can charged to the room and pay it at the check out, so when I check out and claim the 10usd credit the girl in the lobby told that the credit was not available, bottom line the lied to me and deceived me with that information, that was very uncomfortable and disappointing for me.

Unfortunately I wasn’t to satisfy with this hotel. When I booked it I wanted to have convenience to be in a public area as well as having great accommodations because I needed to have air conditioning in my room. I had to be moved to 3 different rooms and was charged extra because the only room that had air conditioning was the executive suite. Not fair to me when I had reviewed and made my booking due to there services that unfortunately were not correct.
