Bar well stocked, fresh breakfast, friendly staff. Elevator was confusing. Have to put your room key onto the key reader while pushing a floor number. Maybe if they put a sign in the elevator letting guests know would be helpful. Other than that we had a great stay

Clean bathroom, nice staff and great location. Felt secure. The only downside is there is no heater in the rooms, but they provide you with extra thick blankets and it really makes a difference.

el aire acondicionado se apagaba si se colocaba en 23 grados centígrados o menos... el calor era insoportable en una parte de la noche y tocaba poner el aire solo en 24 grados para que no se apagara lo cual no es tan frio. El bombillo de la lampara de una de las mesas de noche no funcionaba. Lo peor fue que legamos al hotel tipo 11am y nos dijeron que la habitacion sí estaba lista pero que debiamos de pagar 30 dolares si la queriamos antes, SEÑORES es mejor decir que no está limpia hasta las 3pm porque s eve horrible que el valor del chek in early cueste casi lo mismo que una noche... en ningun hotel a nivel internacional nos habian dicho en la cara y mas aun cuando viajas con niña menpr de 5 años pero OK lo dejo como sugerencia porque se escucha tenaz, mejor usen el tema de que no esta lista y punto.

Great location, within walking distance of shopping, Parque 93, and numerous excellent restaurants. High-quality service from all staff members. The gym is small but was not busy while I visited, so it was comfortable for a workout. Very good breakfast, but make sure you include it in your reservation so that you don't miss out! It was very easy to arrange both Uber and excursion pick-ups and drop-offs for the hotel. Easy 30-minute Uber to/from the airport.

The hotel enjoys a privileged location in the tourist area, surrounded by restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops, with excellent transport options available. Although on Saturday nights the atmosphere of the area can be somewhat lively, our room, located at the back of the hotel, gave us enough tranquility to rest without inconvenience. Regarding breakfast, we chose not to include it in our reservation. However, we tried it on one occasion and found that, despite being correct, the price (47 USD per person) is not related to the quality offered. In the surroundings there are much more attractive and cheap alternatives, between 15 and 20 USD. Overall, the experience was extremely positive. A 100% recommended hotel.
