We were at 1st floor in a corner next where the maintenance employees have their stuff . At 6;00 am or before the noise was horrible. Also our room does not had air conditioning.

Frequent visitor, varied experiences

We stay here for the convenience to/from the airport as we usually have an overnight stay before continuing on to our destination in another Colombian city. That being said, our experience has been varied. Overall it is a good place to stay but this time there were a couple of things that I noted. Initially I was assigned a room on the first floor, but last time I was here and had a 1st floor room it was near the lobby and it was noisy. So I was moved to 2nd floor and the room had a non-functioning air conditioner. They offered a portable fan and I said no. So I was sent to a third room and it was ok but the volume on the tv did not work correctly. I tried to book a massage and my message was never answered. On my return trip (I stayed here twice in 10 days), there was no issue as I did not attempt any extras. Breakfast is always good, people are always courteous. Debating whether to try something new or stick with the comfort and convenience.

Liked everything about it, it has all the services a guest needs while away from home. I would like to see an area with a small, quiet bar.....the only one I found has a very inadequate selection of drinks and has a party atmosphere which is great, but.....how about one for just sitting down and enjoying the drink itself.
