The hotel looks like it was once nice but has fallen to disrepair. The paint on the sideboards is peeling, as well as the wall paper. We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night because apparently there wasn’t any working air conditioning on the whole floor. The spa doesn’t look anything like advertised. The hot tub isn’t hot and had one working jet that unfortunately was impolitely hogged by one guest for the whole duration I was in it. The showers were well working at least. The breakfast had a good offering. If you’re coming for the “the spa” I would reconsider.

Breakfast was great but the service had an attitude like he didn’t wanna be there. Also brought a bottle of wine to dinner and was told that I will have to pay for the bottle because they don’t permit wine in the restaurant only they can sell the wine. The food, wasn’t so good and they think they are in United States charging me 25,000 pesos for a bottle of water equivalent to 6 American dollars. I will never stay in this place again and I didn’t feel welcome which surprised me because the Colombian people are very outgoing, happy and very positive and willing to make you feel like home. Do I recommend this place? Not for me and I don’t recommend it. You can go to a lot nicest hotels and they don’t charge you an arm and a leg for a bottle of water. Thank God I don’t drink, they placed beers and candies inside my room, I can’t imaging how much is a beer 100,000 pesos? Who knows but is a rip off and wondering why the hotel was empty.

It's a great place to have an excellent breakfast. The hotel's location in Estartejuca is convenient because it's near Parque La 93, where you can find a variety of places to eat, walk, or shop. The room was super clean, and the staff was always very friendly.

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. Overall, the amenities were in poor condition and the property clearly needs much better maintenance. The carpet looked dirty and had an unpleasant smell, and the air conditioning barely worked. At the front desk, there was no warm welcome… the staff were cold and not friendly at all. The only positive part was the restaurant, where the breakfast selection was good and the staff were very kind. Still, overall, the experience was very poor. I definitely would not stay here again.

Misleading listing on Expedia. They post photos of a clean, modern, pleasant hotel, but upon check-in you’re told there are actually two towers: one is an old building with bad smells, uncomfortable mattresses, and TVs from the 1990s; the other is modern, clean, and comfortable. The issue is that they advertise both as the same experience, when in fact they are completely different. When I arrived, they charged me 30% more to stay in the decent rooms instead of the old tower, which they use to lure you in with a competitive price under the same name. Expedia: please review this hotel. Speak with the manager — they are misleading customers with their listing. Very serious.
