When I arrived to this hotel, the staff member wrote me a message that was translated on his phone to Turkish saying that my room was not available because of an issue with one of their personnel… He told me that he would set us up in a sea view room in a neighbouring hotel. I went along as I didn’t know about the other hotel, communication was difficult and I felt that I basically had no choice! Although the other hotel did have a sea view, the rooms were not renovated, AC was very loud and night clubs on the beach were also very loud all night. My son was not happy to be in that room. If there really was a genuine problem with my booking, the hotel should have written and given me the option to cancel in advance so I can choose another hotel of my liking. I really did not appreciate how this situation was handled.

Lovely location and excellent breakfast. Nice staff especially tugberk. Only negatives are quite humid in room and broken chair in room which hotel did not do anything about when we alerted them.

Thumbs up for Poyz

Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, large, warm with additional outside space. Breakfast was plentiful (traditional Turkish) and not a buffet. We would stay there again for our next short break.

Stunning views! Would highly recommend

My husband and I had the most incredible experience at Poyz. We had one of the rooftop suites and I recommend it highly for the view! Rooms were clean, comfortable and the breakfast on the terrace was also great. Thank you!

Excellent, perfect, superb Staff and location and hotel was so amazing and a few steps away from the beach. Amazing breakfast with a different variety each day and served hot and fresh . Yigit, Ebrahim , Sigit and the rest of the team are so kind and thoughtful in every way right from receiving you and off loading ur lugguage until they put it bk in your transportation when ur leaving….luved my stay from 25-28 June room 204 had a beautiful view , wifi was working perfect as well which could be a problem with most other hotels in bodrum in general . Rooms are throughly clean n fresh crisp bedsheets used daily ….thank you team Poyz🙏….will be bk soon

I initially had some issues with WiFi connection and the noise around the room, however, after submitting my experiences through Expedia, the property manager attended to my concerns very promptly - he offered me an extra night stay at no cost and provided me with a chocolate cake for the trouble. I didn't end up staying another night and got a late check-out instead, but I really appreciated their attention to my initial complaints. Really amazing service.

It was my second time staying at the Poyz Hotel and I had returned as it was so good first time around an it didn.t disappoint. The rooms are cosy and clean. Staff are super helpful.It just such a lovely place to return to after a busy day exploring. IF i returnbto this area again I would happily stay there again.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views day and night. It was high up so the views were spectacular. Lovely freshly done out room, fresh smell, clean and very cheerful decor. Lovely size bathroom.really good shower amazing water pressure too. Only slight down side the room should have a kettle as it was a pain to have to go down to reception to have hot water. Swimming pool was so clean and my partner swam even end of November but was cold (not heated). Very enjoyable traditional breakfast although the weather was bad and it waa raining Torrentially we did manage to just keep out of the rain. Cats if you are not a lover of them are everywhere in and around the city so be prepared to share your space with them. Most are friendly but can pester abit. Overall 9.5 out of 10 from us only downside was no kettle. Staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us. Parking mid November on thr street was no problem but unsure how it would be middle of the season this could be alittle problem as there are other hotels nextdoor and nearby.
