The staff at Klika goes out of their way to assist in anyway possible. They are super friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Is it loud yes! It’s a party hostel! The most known on the island. Across from filthy Friday, 2 steps from Vibe, and in the heart of town. I’m 56 stayed in their private room which had great AC and WiFi. Checked out today to visit other islands and they are, without charge holding my suitcase for me until I’m back for an additional 5 days.
It’s quite amusing when you read the horrible reviews referring to the noise, customer service, and cleanliness. Some people book a bed in a hostel and expect a 5 star curated experience and then complain. Those reviews speak more about the people that wrote them than Klika’s.
Don’t stay at a party hostel in the entertainment district of the island and complain about noise!!
Alexandra and Anali in reception is a true professional and at the restaurant look out for Cappy, Alice, and the super sweet Nay.
