When we open the door to our room, it was damp, mildew smell. The air conditioner was blowing full force the bed, the sheets and the pillow felt wet to the touch. I turned off the AC, but the room had a damp feel to it who had a bed out Very disappointed.

We had to switch rooms at 11:30 on the night of check in. Wanted ground floor but due to switching rooms had to be on the second floor. When asked multiple times for an adjustment in my bill for inconvenience they said they would talk to the manager but no response. Most likely won’t stay there again. Also the hotel was very noisy.

Hotel was much older than I had thought. Front desk were staff was very polite. My room was decent although there was a dead roach in the shower. Couldn’t sleep in Saturday morning cause housekeeping staff was fighting and arguing so bad a man had to break it up. Definitely won’t be staying there again
