If I could give a negative rating I would! This place was horrible, dirty and I’m not safe! The pictures are nothing like what this place actually looks like. The elevator was broken so we had to use the outdoor “employee” elevator, which was small dark and dirty. The rooms were not clean looking, the doors were not secure and the bathroom shower were dirty. But besides all that TWO DRUNK MEN WITH BEERS IN HAND CANE IN TO OUR ROOM not once but TWICE! They had the room key , which l don’t see no that’s possible because I myself had two keys. Oh and the keys were not cards they were flimsy little keys!!! When I tried to call down to the main lobby because we were petrified , I couldn’t because THERE WAS NO PHONE IN OUR ROOM!!!! This place had the AUDACITY TO TELL ME NO REFUND after all of this!! PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THE BOCA PLAZA!!!!

Boca Plaza is old and a bit worn, had to use employee elevator because guest elevator was out of order. DESPITE that, I would go there again: reasonable rates, good location and incredibly friendly staff. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable,

This is a MOTEL not a hotel.

This is not a hotel. It is a motel. Check in and check out is done like an airbnb. Online. Even if you have a receptionist you have to check in and out online. No phones in room. Open windows onto the parking lot as in a motel. If you are looking for the amenities of a hotel which cost just as much as this MOTEL, look elsewhere. Restaurant and bar close at 10pm. Arrived on Friday and live band plays in the center of the hotel until later than the restaurant is open so not quiet for weekends. It was clean. But, check-in is at 4pm and on the day of your check-out they start pounding on your door at 930 even though check out is presumably at 11.

Poor Quality! Do not recommend

Upon arrival I walked up to front desk and she informed me I had to check-in on my phone then come back up. I had to walk outside since no service. She was NOT friendly or welcoming. I asked her the restaurant on sites hours and she said I don’t know you’ll have to look. The room was in a separate building and used a key. It smelled strongly on marijuana as we walked past two men smoking in the hall to our room. The door lock was less than secure feeling. The beds were made with clean sheets but that’s the only plus. Floors very dirty. Bed uncomfortable. We then went down to the restaurant to try to get some dinner and doors were locked and a lady in there cleaning. It was 9:38pm. Sign on door said open until 10-11pm. Outdoor bar was closed early as well. Checkout went fine. We left early and returned the locker type key we were provided.

This hotel is not what it appears to be on its website. Rooms were old and poorly appointed. The only good thing about the hotel was the pool and tiki bar which were fun and decently maintained. You have to put a request in to have your room cleaned and the hunt to get fresh towels was exhausting. For the price the hotel was just not as advertised unfortunately.
