Só um elevador funcionando, mas com solavancos, porta raspando, etc. Horrivel. Sem ajuda com malas. Café da manhã muito ruim: pão velho, bolachas murchas, suco de uva com muita agua, toalhas sujas. Muitos degraus nas instalacoes, sem fita de segurança, e com iluminação ineficiente.

A única coisa que precisava funcionar nessa espelunca era o ar condicionado, adivinha o que não funcionou? Foi relatado a recepção e a tansa não nos trocou de quarto, mesmo sabendo que o ar voltaria a dar problema e adivinha no dia seguinte acordo Parecendo um pinguim passando férias em fortaleza, inacreditável no calor de Blumenau ter que tentar dormir sem ar condicionado, é melhor dar a bunda do que dormir nessa bagaça de novo.

O hotel Domhof possui instalações antigas,porem,isso nao é um problema,o hotel é bem aconchegante,funcionarios simpáticos e atensiosos e a limpeza ok. Me hospedei durante 3 dias, gostei do café,da piscina e do atendimento. Se voce procura um hotel com um bom café, quartos limpos,e serviço descente o hotel Domhof é uma otima pedida

PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA

Comunicamos que o quarto seria para dois adultos e duas crianças e a indicação do site seria este hotel, as fotos do site mostravam a configuração com duas camas de solteiro e uma de casal, em outros hotéis teria a opção de quartos separados. Rodamos mais mais 30km para chegar na cidade vizinha a que iríamos somente pela configuração do quarto anunciada e para nossa surpresa quando chegamos no hotel o recepcionista nos informou que nao havia a disponibilidade do quarto selecionado. Como nos deslocamos por mais de uma hora para chegar até o hotel e estávamos bem exaustos acabamos aceitando a proposta de um quarto com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro, até por estar tarde e todos estavam cansados da viagem. Descarregamos as bagagens e fomos tomar banho e para nossa surpresa nao tinha agua quente e na manhã seguinte também tomamos banho de água fria, pedimos auxílio na recepção e não nos deram atenção, fomos embora se ter qualquer retorno. Além da noite desconfortável que tivemos por termos que nos apertar nas camas o ar condicionado fazia um barulho insuportável e pra piorar não tinha agua quente. Fomos enganados nao sei se pelo site ou pelo hotel, mas fomos enganados pelo anúncio informando ter a disponibilidade de um quarto com duas camas de solteiro e uma de casal.
