The TVs are all Roku Smart TVs. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided.

G maps doesn't take you to the property, but apple maps does. Roads are mostly smooth and easy to get to the property. Some parts are steep and narrow but any car should be able to make it to the property in most weather.

Fireplace is electric.

Pet Policy:
We love welcoming dogs as part of the family! To help us keep the home fresh and comfortable for everyone, there’s a $65 pet fee per pet per stay. Please note that we’re only able to host dogs (no cats), and any unauthorized pets would incur a $200 fee. Thank you for helping us keep the space enjoyable for all future guests—we can’t wait to host you and your furry friends!

All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

10 Human Maximum. If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $30 per human over said number.

There are cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection! They are exterior only and in plain sight.

The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. We hire pest professionals to minimize bugs in the home, but again.. you're in the woods. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!

No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen, we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

We generally provide handsoap, a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and paper towels. Be prepared to bring your own Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, logs, and coffee :)

Absolutely no fires outside of the designated outdoor firepit! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

Please note: we are not responsible for any storms, natural disasters, weather-related events, or utility outages that may impact your stay. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against ANY unforeseen circumstances.

Please do not allow anyone in your party to climb on railings, bannisters, retaining walls, stairwells, decks, etc where there is a possibility of a fall. You are responsible for your party and by confirming your reservation you accept the responsibility to keep your party safe. Please notify us of any safety concerns you have upon check-in and we will be happy to have those items addressed quickly.

This was the perfect place for our long birthday weekend in the mountains. Being about to bring our dogs was an added bonus!!! The game room is the perfect haven for kids to have some fun and space to unwind. The kitchen was stocked with enough utensils and pans to easy make breakfast and throw an easy meal together. I would recommend this place. Connor was great to work with.

Great location, has everything you need to cook and keep kids entertained. The kids space was amazing but you did have to access through an outdoor staircase to bottom floor so it might be tricky with little kids. Our kids loved all the games and watching movies (ages 10, 11 and 14). We did have a hiccup with the main living room tv not working but the host was actively trying to fix the issue throughout our trip. Hot tub was nice but would recommend more water as it seemed low when we arrived and when we left it was really low. Overall, it was a great spot to hit up downtown, zip lining, hiking and local restaurants. I would stay here again if we come back through.

This cabin ia amazing and had everything we needed. The pictures don't do it justice. It is GORGEOUS. The hot tub was perfect, the game room was absolutely amazing and a perfect place for our 12yr old son to hang out. He called it his "man cave" lol. All the games were in perfect working order. There is skeeball, foosball, pacman, mortal combat, and nba jam. The cabin is incredibly well decorated and very close to town. We would 10/10 stay here again.

This trip was well needed for the family. We had such a great time. We did lots of hiking, bowling, played Putt-Putt. We had family from different states and all the grandchildren in one spot. The house was awesome. We had plenty of room and it was nice because the grandbabies stayed downstairs in the game room. They played games all the time when we were not doing a adventures.I am impressed with the host. We stayed in close contact.,and I was always asking questions and he would always reply very promptly. They are the best! So helpful on anything that we needed. Very attentive, kind and sweet. We have beautiful pictures and awesome memories that will never be forgotten.

Beautiful cabin in an excellent location close by to downtown Blue Ridge. Cabin is very well stocked with games as well as baby items, making it the perfect location for our family getaway. We especially loved using the outdoor areas. We will definitely book again!

This place met all our needs for a family weekend in the mountains. The open kitchen and living area worked great for our 5 adults and 5 kids under five. The bunk room and all the arcade games were a hit with the kids! Be sure to notice the bunk room requires the use of external only steps, but it did not stop our littles! The hot tub one night and smores with the fire pit the next night were also great fun! Connors communication was excellent and easy to follow!Thanks so much for helping our family weekend at the apple festival and apple picking to be such a success!

Loved staying here. Location is remote enough you feel by yourself, but is 5 minutes from town. The cabin is great, beds are comfortable. So much to do to keep yourself entertained here. The surrounding towns are lovely. Definitely recommend staying here. The owners are very helpful and accommodating.

The lights in the downstairs bathroom didn’t work at all, so we were not able to use it. We tried using the washer and the water would not spin out we had to wring them out by hand. I felt there were not enough dishes to prepare a meal . The furniture in the living room was not comfortable and I believe the sofa was something wrong underneath the cushion. I believe the whole place needs a little TLC.

The house was beautiful and clean. Any issues we came across the host was willing to send someone out to fix it immediately. The location was close to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Most of our time was spent enjoying the view and wildlife from the porch or fire pit. I loved the gates on the porch to keep your little ones or dogs on the porch while you are sitting on a rocking chair.
