New luxury vinly flooring, brand new kitchen and appliances, granite, tile shower, new king bed, leather sectional sofa, washer/dryer--perfect for a weekend or as long as you can stay! Enjoy the sweet screened porch and an open deck as well--parking for 2 vehicles, private entry. Only a couple of steps to enter and easy access from parking. Good storage for longer stays with very large bedroom closet plus new cabinetry throughout with plenty of room for groceries and belongings. 2 new flat screen Smart TV's, one in living area and one in the bedroom. Spectrum cable in the living room and bedroom also. WiFi provided. Mitsubishi mini split for heating and AC. New 2 burner gas grill on open deck. Walking distance to shops and restaurants (A highway crossing is necessary).
