The house is detached in a quiet location, not close to the road in Dreveskirchen. Dreveskirchen is located on the Salzhaff near Wismar and the island of Poel. There are cycle paths and many sandy paths in the surrounding area, which offer you many opportunities for walks and leisure activities.
The landlord lives in the house on the other side.
The holiday flat is particularly suitable for families with children and pets.
The flat is on the ground floor and is approx. 67 m² in size. It consists of the following rooms: large living room with flatscreen TV, dining area and sofa bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Due to the ground floor location and the construction, the flat is also handicapped accessible.
The flat is pleasantly cool in summer and offers a comfortable indoor climate even on hot days. It is heated by underfloor heating and can be used all year round.
The terrace with barbecue and small garden has a hedge for privacy and plenty of distance from the neighbours. There is a parking space directly in front of the holiday flat.
You can reach the holiday flat via a paved (not asphalted) path. Horses and ponies are kept on the farm.
