Overall this is an amazing hotel. Love the proximity to everything on campus and the rooms are spotless. Two things that stand out that need some attention but in no way changed my opinion of an our stay is that their vending machines did not work and there was no place to get drinks or food, since you're in the college campus. The other was that no one answered the front desk phone, ever. We always had to walk down to ask a questions. Overall, excellent stay

They didn’t have our Expedia reservation but they rebooked us at the same price but in a queen bed instead of a king. There was half full cup of orange drink in the refrigerator. And the mattress was seriously sunken which they tried to solve unsuccessfully with a mattress pad.

Internet signal is extremely weak inside the rooms, particularly by the windows. Doors seem to reduce strength significantly. Hard to work from room with unreliable signal. Parking is a challenge at times. Maybe dedicated parking based on reservations with vehicles.
