Awesome

Perfect size house for our family of 13! The games were a huge hit and smart TVs in each room for streaming. The house has all the basics we needed and we loved having the gas station next door . Totally recommend and will definitely stay again.

Family Outdoors Weekend

Our family spent the weekend together enjoying the great outdoors. We enjoyed hiking nearby Yellowwood and Morgan-Monroe State Forests; did some exploring in the friendly neighbors' woods behind the house too. We are out-of-staters who have visited Brown County State Park in the past and knew we'd find a beautiful area to explore. Nice big clean lodge was great for four adults and four kids. The arcade games were a big hit. Host was very responsive to our communications. Kitchen was short on some dish cloths and towels, and a typical counter coffee pot would be a nice touch. Good chance we'll return to this location for another family outing.

Great stay, would do so again. Would prefer a privacy screen for back porch and it was a plus and small minus being so close to the gas station. Maybe consider moving pool table downstairs. Definitely a good stay

Family Reunion in Unionville

We traveled to Indiana for a family reunion with this property exactly as listed. It was spacious (huge!), very clean, fun games for our teenagers (and us!) and the property lister was excellent - very responsive and helpful. There is a store located right next door, which made the location of the home a perfect convenience. Would definitely stay here again when we return and highly recommend!

Football weekend

The property was nice, clean and large. The back yard and deck were very nice. We let the dogs run and met the neighbors, their dogs and horses. The beds were comfortable but the noise from the road was loud particularly in the mornings. The kitchen could use more dishes. There were only 3 bowls for a house that sleeps 11. Kitchen towels and hot pads were needed also. Overall the place was nice and comfortable for what we needed.
