Nestled amongst a small operational vineyard just 7 minutes from town in the lower Wairau region lies this unique 2 bedroom home. Located near by is the local rowing club with a small boat ramp convenient for water skiing, jet skiing and kayaking. The beautiful town of Picton is a 25 minute drive away, the gateway to the picturesque Marlborough Sounds. Explore the local vineyards, restaurants, rivers, fishing and hunting.
