older property, very clean, bed needs to be replaced, no one at service desk and no one answered the phone check in took a bit until we walked around and hunted someone down to check us in. Room was spacious They over charged my credit card by $40 from listed Expedia price. No one could help me get it resolved.

The family suite at the Blue Sage Inn & Suites met our needs perfectly. The outdoor area was an excellent place to unwind from a long car trip. We ate our dinner out on the tables and my kids ran around on the grassy area. Breakfast the next morning exceeded our expectations - we had very low expectations and were pleased with the variety of food offered. We will definitely stay again should we ever need to stop in Blanding.

Our stay was not so good. We would NOT have even stayed if my husband would have told me at the time that he had killed a large cockroach in our room and disposed of it! Yikes!

This was by far one of the best motels we have ever stayed at. It was very clean, nice size room, and actually smoke free. We were disappointed we were only staying one night. If it were on our way back from our road trip we would stay there again in a heart beat.

Nice and clean, check in and out all online. That was nice. Lots of breakfast options. Quaint small property. Our air unit fan was very noisy wnen stopping, so we couldnt use it when going to sleep or through the night. Messaged them the next morning and they were gonna let maintenance know. Overall, nice.

Thoughtfully renovated in the Frank Lloyd Wright mid century modern style with clever touches like the retro microwave in the breakfast area. Fresh baked breads were tasty. Only negative was the bed size: would have preferred a queen to the double. One of the nicest places we've stayed on this trip!

The owner was so kind when we showed up and our reservation got messed up. She called around and found us a room then paid for it herself. We then stayed at the Blue Sage the next 2 nights. Great place to stay.
