This condo is centrally located in Birch Bay at Jacobs Landing, one of the most requested places to stay. Jacobs Landing is directly across the street from the water with lots of room to sit and watch a sunset or build a beach fire. The condo is centrally located at Jacobs Landing with only a short walk to the beach or to the clubhouse on property where the indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, game room and other activities are located. 2 bedroom 1.5 bath upper unit has a brand new (2022) Queen size bed in the lower bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen to make a light snack or a meal. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, Cable TV, access to a small deck with propane BBQ for your use. This lower level also has a washer/dryer and full size bathroom. Upstairs is another Queen bed and a half bath. The Owner has provided complimentary WIFI for your use during your stay. Pets are allowed for a non refundable pet fee of $100.00 per pet (max 2)
Make yourself comfortable in this condo, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The condo was clean. Location was close to the activities that we were there for. Restaurants and bars were within walking distance of the condo. We enjoyed our stay at this condo.

We liked the spaciousness, the balcony, the beach themed decorations. The water pressure in the shower was great! We enjoyed the pool and recreational facilities. How close it is to the beach and restaurants is fabulous! We would definitely come to stay again.

While the onsite amenities (pool, hot tub, etc) and the condo itself could use some updating, it was a great location for a Birch Bay beach trip. You can easily walk to the beach or the local coffee shop, restaurants, even Beach Cat Brewery. Cleanliness only got a 2 star as our sheets on the bed were either soiled or stained and had a few random hairs that weren't ours. Also couch needs to be replaced and deck space also needs some tending to. Overall though we still enjoyed our stay.

Jacobs Landing

We love Jacob's Landing. We have been coming since they were built. We love how close it is to the beach and all the activities in the area. We loved the ammenities in the condo. We love the pool and clubhouse too. We had a great family reunion.

Great Location

As usual, staying at JL gives anyone access to all the fun Birch Bay has to offer. Easy access to the beach, walking trail, brewery (the best thing to happen to Birch Bay), restaurants, and entertainment. Check-in process was a snap, wifi worked pretty well, fans, kitchen well stocked, and having the DVD player with a variety of movies was convenient. My 4 year old called the DVDs records, so we laughed about that. I do feel the condition and cleanliness of the unit was very overpriced compared to other remodeled units available, and the cleaning fee is an overcharge for how gross the floors were in this unit. We all ended up wearing socks inside because the laminate was so gross it kept turning our feet black if we walked around barefoot. Also, some things were broken or in disrepair when we arrived (curtains in living room, curtains in lower bedroom (wouldn’t close due to damage, so neighbors or anyone coming up the stairs could get an eye full), lamp, and baseboard popped off when I swept up the floor as I arrived), and the towels left a layer of blue fuzz over all of us whenever we showered. If I stayed again, I’d bring my own towels. Overall, you’re paying for location, and this was a place to hang out hats at the end of our days in the pool and out on the beach. The property managers responded to my email about broken items promptly. This was the only condo left to rent for the 4th, when the other we booked was put on the market. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again.

Birch Bay Stay

This condo was very clean and looked freshly painted. It was better than the last condo we rented at the same property a few years ago. We did have trouble with the wifi not working but it was fixed for the last of our 3-day stay. Luckily we had cell coverage and a large data plan.

Good location

It was a good location but WiFi did not work and neither did the cable and the towels made me feel like I needed to lint roll myself after use, also labels on switches would be nice and the lamp in the living room didn’t work either.Overall nice but need to fix things and some basic maintenance in the bathroom like a new shower handle, have no idea what is on off or hit and cold.
