We came for the Metallica concert at VT and we could not have imagined an easier time getting to and from the show with the bus transportation. The room was quiet and spacious for 4 people and we loved the kitchen area in the room. Staff was awesome and extremely helpful.

This was a very nice clean hotel. The counter person was very professional. It had a nice breakfast and the rooms were very clean. It is also very conveniently located.

Not a great stay. Could not turn off the heater/cooler fan so it blew on us all night. Bed was not comfortable for me but that is person dependent. The breakfast was terrible as far as what was available, ended at 9:30 we got there at 9. Nothing was replenished. At least 10 people came after us. Have seen better. Doubt we will stay here again

Excellent Hotel with great rooms!

The hotel is in excellent condition and the staff was absolutely amazing! While I am not a breakfast person they have a good breakfast included in the room rate which is a real plus. If there is one thing I'd say is - while the cleaning crew was very professional and courteous, when I checked in the microwave in my room was dirty and it took three phone calls before someone came to clean it. However, once there they ensured it was spotless! Also, in the daily cleaning they didn't vacuum the room. Since we hadn't made a mess, it didn't bother me but that should be part of the daily ritual in my opinion. Else, it is a great hotel, and I would love to come back and stay again. It will be my new favorite in B'burg.

The beds were comfortable, as were the pillows. The shower and sink had Dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which were good quality. The pool was large and heated, which was very nice. The cinnamon buns at breakfast were tasty, but the rest of breakfast was average. The eggs were likely from powder and they only had "light" yogurt.
