The room size is decent, and it’s conveniently located near V.Tech University. However, there were a few issues that could be improved. First, there was hair on the pillowcases, which raises concerns about the cleanliness of the room. Second, the breakfast lacked hospitality. They had a couple of dried fruits in a basket. Missing basic items, there was no butter, salt, or pepper on the counter, and only a few salt and pepper shakers were spread out at a few tables, making it difficult to ask for them every time. Also, there were only a few pieces of bread left. We came at a decent time, around 9 a.m., for breakfast, and it was crowded too. It would be nice if they refilled the items at least, looking at the crowd.

The room was great and clean. The night check in guy could have better hospitality and friendly face. The breakfast wasn’t bad but the pancake machine needs to cook the pancake better. It was still raw and soggy. Great hotel otherwise!
