We were given the wrong room at first, which smelled damp. Then we were given the room i ordered. It was freezing all night and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. Dean, the ownwer was quite nice but didn’t a swer the front doorbell or reception bell much. Ut was ok there but we won't be staying agsin which smelled damp.

The room was clean and warm. A comfortable bed and an adequate bathroom. We were given a choice of which room we would like too . We would be happy to stay again . Decorating is going on so would be nice to see it when it's finished.

The room was very out dated needed painting. The bathroom we had to climb over the toilet to get in shower and door would not open proply food for breakfast was poor not worth £13 had no options and you got 1 of every item and the beans and mushrooms must of been a table spoon had manager argue with me on first day bit after that he was ok with me but would not come back here it is ok but not the best

Dean the owner was very helpful, friendly and a gentleman and made us so welcome. nice lounge with a pool table and well stocked bar.On our first night my friend and I got together with the other guests and had a party night, and danced the night away. We will definitely stay here next time in Blackpool.

The stay here was perfect. The host( dean martin)😀. Was so polite and friendly. He went above and beyond to require all our needs. Very friendly clean. Peaceful. Minute walk from the sea front. Nice walk to the main town. Overall fantastic stay. We also extentended our stay an extra nice. As it was a loverly stay. Breakfast were cooked to perfection.table service was splendid. Definitely recommend this place. 10/10.just perfect

The man on reception was lovely, extremely polite and helpful. There was a mix up with the payment as the expedia virtual payment was no showing so I ended up paying twice but expedia were quick to sort this. The room cost £75 with breakfast. The property is quite run down and unfortunately someone upstairs was fighting late at night which was quite upsetting, not the hotels fault but the phone number on their website does not work so I couldn't inform reception, snd I didn't want to put myself in danger by going out of the room as it was really quite bad. The bar has a pool table Nd there are a few tables outside. A basic hotel but with a lovely host.

Dean was amazing. Helped us with anything we needed. He was so friendly and kind. He came out and had a cigarette with us. The hotel was clean and not a far walk to the beach. Would definitely come back

For the price of the hotel you really cant go wrong. It was clean and had what it need to in the room. Was only located a 20 minute walk from the tower and surrounding areas. The best part was the man that worked there who came out and had a few ciggies with the boys. He was really sound and funny. Will defo be staying again.
