Disliked: Room comfort

Terrible stay.

Terrible stay. Not what we originally booked, this apartment was further away from where our friends were staying. Walls all scuffed, wireless Wi-Fi unavailable and not able to access anything on TV apps. Poor amenities with glassware. Shower broken. Stains all on the back of the toilet from constant running water. Water stains all over the ceilings. Complained over email directly and also logged complaint with out of hours Cut our stay short as didn’t want to stay on our last night. No call back from supervisor.
