Enjoy the stunning escarpments views of Oberon, Porters Pass and the Kanimbla Valley whilst taking in the stunning sunset from this beautiful mountain home.
Originally constructed in 1906 the home has current period features and was refurbished in 2011. There are alternatives for entertainment, a renovated kitchen with modern appliances, a front and back garden with established mature trees, including a lovely apple tree in the backyard.
You will be kept warm in winter with a slow combustion wood fireplace and an instantaneous gas hot water system, and cool in summer with the ceiling fans. This property is a stunning example of Mountain heritage carried fully into the modern era.
Three sizable bedrooms, one with French doors leading to the verandah and two with enormous lead-light windows.
Bedroom 1 - 1 x King bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen bed
Main bathroom with spa bath, separate shower and toilet
Bathroom 2 with separate shower, toilet and laundry
While the house does have two entry steps the whole house is on one level for all the bedrooms, main living areas and bathrooms with a set of stairs to the upstairs 2nd lounge.
