Expedia shows pet cost as $10, but hotel charges $25. Rooms unclean. Breakfast area unclean and food prep was disappointing. Not helpful staff.

Easy access to the freeways. Easy parking. At the time I was staying there they were replacing carpet. Many areas blocked off because of this. Not convenient. Breakfast was the free breakfast. Everything looked fresh. Room was clean. I would stay here again. Only stayed 1 night. Great value!

Rooms were comfortable and clean , outside nit so nice too many cigarette buts all over the entrances and lots of dog poop in the perimeters other then that we always stay there nice staff.

Had a room next to exit. Very noisy with the door constantly slamming shot. Nice hotel but poor night sleep.

How was rating so high?

Not sure how this hotel is an 8.6. Definitely more like a 5/10. Replacing hallway carpeting (credit for making appearance updates). Room and bathroom worn and dated. Stains on sheets. Tub doesn't drain while showering.

I gave lower scores , just due to the fact they are working on renovations, that being said, even with that going on they have maintained a very clean atmosphere. The staff that we had contact with we knowledgeable and very polite .

the room needed more cleaning. carpet on stair cases was removed, re fridge was not cleaned out we cleaned it but used up our towels to clean it.
