Welco.ing and comfortable

We were met graciously and given snacks and water. We spent a quiet night in clean well appointed room. There is even a patio with picnic seating and a grill. It was a nice stay after a long ride.

The Starlight Motel has an outdoor sitting area which is very nice. It includes hanging lights and just an overall nice and quiet atmosphere. This will always be our go to place when we are in the area.

The owner of this property is amazing and the rooms were impressively clean! If you're staying in Big Pine for the night this is the place! They have some great hotel pets as well.

The owner/manager was polite, and responsive to all of our needs. A/C worked great it seemed like we had instant hot water in room#19. Stayed two nights with comfortable bed and bedding. Yes, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

We loved our stay here! The owner was super friendly and attentive. The location was very convenient for our hikes to Big Pine Lakes and other nearby trails. The deck area was a great spot to grill and relax after a long day.

Staff was friendly and the area was about what you'd expect in a small town on the highway. The AC was one of those types that would turn on loudly and turn off to quiet. Decent little picnic area for being outdoors. Not much that you could walk to.

A Wonderful Stay

I had a great experience during my stay here. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax right away. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality of the owner—He was incredibly generous and welcoming from day one. You can tell he genuinely cares about their guests and goes out of his way to make you feel at home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and pleasant place to stay!

A cute motel. The staff was wonderful and the basket with fruit and cookies was a nice touch. Nice outdoor sitting area despite being a small property. Bathroom was a bit small, but they even had toothbrushes and toothpaste packets along with the typical toiletries. We enjoyed our stay because of these special touches.
