The woman at check in was so polite! She was willing to provide me with a cup of milk from the breakfast area at night for my toddler. Much appreciated to not have to go back out.

The room was very roomy and good shower water pressure. Breakfast offerings were light, no hot offerings like eggs or breakfast meat. No bagels and not good coffee unless you have a stomach of steel.

Nice enough

Overnight stay - friendly staff, nice room and surrounding area appeared safe within a business district. Breakfast is available however drinks were extremely watered down.

The room was incredibly dirty. The toilet seat had black dirt all over, the floors were sticky and dirty, the bathtub was dirty, the room smelled like urine. We had to call the staff to come clean immediately of how dirty it was. It was a terrible terrible experience.

We stayed in Hoover because the room rates in Tuscaloosa to outrageous for our granddaughter's graduation from the UA. This place was exactly what we needed. Small, out of the way, clean, quiet, very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and 1/3 the price.

Tournament weekend

Everything was good with our stay, wish I knew about the $100 deposit needed (it’s refundable after you check out), and breakfast was pretty bland. But nonetheless, there was breakfast.

The front desk staff was superb. It was quiet. The curtains were filthy and stained and I hate to guess what might have been on them. The bed was comfy but the room stayed stuffy, even when we turned the a/c down low. The “breakfast” was less than mediocre. My daughter was taking the NCLEX which also fell on graduation weekend for a nearby college so the rate was over $200 for the night. I’ve paid much less than that for a better quality room but beggars can’t be choosy! All the other hotels in the area was booked. Likely wouldn’t return unless I had no other choice.
